Yes. The site visit, the roof inspection, the photographs, and the written itemized estimate all cost you nothing, and there is no obligation to book work afterward. If we find your roof does not need work yet, that is what we will tell you.
Most requests get a reply within one business hour between 7am and 6pm on weekdays. Requests that come in overnight or at the weekend are answered first thing the next working morning. Active leaks and storm damage should be phoned through instead, because those are handled 24 hours a day.
Usually 45 minutes to an hour and a half. That covers inspecting the roof, photographing the condition, checking the attic where relevant, and talking through your options. Larger or more complex properties take longer, and commercial site surveys are scheduled separately.
No. We leave you the written estimate and the photographs and let you take your time. There is no same day discount, no expiring offer, and no follow up sales campaign.
